All our paint booths are state-of-the-art.
These are pressurized and water-filled cabins to give the best in terms of finishing and compliance with environmental regulations.
These are large, double-station booths that allow us to paint iron and aluminum carpentry parts measuring well over 5 meters in length.

PLASTIC PAINTING
At our company we paint all types of plastic and polyurethane materials.
Each type of plastic is primed differently based on the raw material it is made of, to ensure maximum adhesion to the final paint film that will be applied.
The plastic painting process, which is carried out in pressurized booths, includes flash-off, drying, sanding, and filling phases that contribute to the final result of the painted object.
The plastic painting process begins with washing and degreasing the plastic to ensure the paint adheres perfectly.
VHIGH TEMPERATURE SILICONE COATING: 600°C HEAT RESISTANCE
High-temperature silicone painting is carried out in special workstations by applying silicone cycles resistant to high temperatures.
Liquid paints from the best European companies are applied, after pre-treatment, to metal products and then dried at over 200°C for an hour in ovens.
This allows the painted and applied film to withstand temperatures above 600°C continuously.
